Allergens & Dietary Information
At Cravin’ Hasland, we want everyone to enjoy our food safely. We take allergies and dietary requirements very seriously and always do our best to accommodate them.
Our Approach to Allergens
We kindly ask all customers to inform us of any allergies or intolerances when ordering, even if you believe a dish is allergen-free.
Our team is trained to handle allergen information, and we will always provide guidance on ingredients used in our dishes.
A full list of the 14 major allergens is available below, and allergen information is kept up to date for every item we serve.
Cross-Contamination
While we take great care when preparing food, our kitchen is small and all items are prepared in a shared environment where allergens are present.
This means we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
Our gluten-free options, for example, are made with gluten-free ingredients but may not be suitable for people with coeliac disease or severe allergies.
Gluten-Free & Special Diets
We offer a range of gluten-free and other dietary options. However, due to the shared nature of our kitchen, these are best suited for customers with mild intolerances rather than severe allergies.

Important Legal Notice
Under UK food law, we are required to inform you that:
Allergen information is available and should be checked with us before ordering.
It is the customer’s responsibility to notify staff of any allergies or intolerances when placing an order.
While we will take all reasonable steps to reduce risk, we cannot accept liability for any adverse reactions caused by allergens that may be present.
Lollipop Cakes : Gluten-Free & Vegan Options
We’re also proud to feature Lollipop Cakes, our specialist baker supplying a tempting range of gluten-free goodies. Lollipops Cakes can also cater for vegan customers.
